Introduction

Growatt is a privately held Chinese inverter manufacturer ranked in the global Top 10 by shipment volume, headquartered in Shenzhen. The hybrid MIN-TL-XH (single-phase) and SPH (three-phase) lines cover everything from small residential to medium commercial installations, positioned in the competitively priced segment with quality proven over many years.

History & Scale

Founded in 2010 in Shenzhen, Growatt grew rapidly through a strategy of high-volume production and competitive pricing. The company is privately held (not publicly listed), with an IPO plan on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that passed the hearing stage in 2023 but has not yet been completed. Growatt exports to more than 100 countries, with Vietnam being an important market in Southeast Asia.

Core Technology

The MIN-TL-XH line uses a single-phase hybrid architecture with a 48V low-voltage (LV) battery, making it suitable for open multi-brand battery systems. The SPH three-phase line is available in both LV (low-voltage) and HV (high-voltage) variants depending on the specific model, allowing flexible choice of battery ecosystem. Monitoring is handled via ShinePhone and Growatt Cloud, with an intuitive interface and support for automatic energy report generation.

• MIN 2500–6000TL-XH (single-phase, 2.5–6 kW): residential, 48V LV battery, 2 MPPT.
• SPH 3000–10000TL3 BH-UP (three-phase, 3–10 kW): larger households and small commercial, supports LV/HV depending on variant.
• Growatt also offers a broader commercial range up to 25 kW for higher-power three-phase applications.

Positioning in Vietnam

Growatt is well suited to the value residential segment that wants a large, internationally recognized brand. Compared with Deye at a similar price point, Growatt has the advantage of stronger brand recognition and a wider global support network.
