After building the model-name map in 04-08, the next step in any consultation is knowing which hybrid inverter lines each brand offers, what power ratings they cover, whether they use low-voltage or high-voltage batteries, and how efficient they are. This document describes the most common residential hybrid inverter lines available in Vietnam, brand by brand, with specifications cross-referenced against official datasheets, so you can select the right inverter for each single-phase or three-phase application.

Line names and specifications in this document are current as of mid-2026 and change with each datasheet revision. Each brand has many market variants, model suffixes, and production-year variants, so always look up the correct datasheet version and the latest battery compatibility list from the manufacturer before finalising a configuration.
Quick summary
The market divides into two broad groups by battery type. The high-voltage battery group includes Sungrow SH series, Huawei SUN2000 L1, GoodWe EH, SolaX Hybrid G4, Sofar HYD, and Fox ESS H3 Smart; these deliver lower charge/discharge currents, neater cabling, and slightly higher efficiency. The low-voltage 48V group is represented by Deye SUN-SG04LP, Solis S6 L variant, and GoodWe ET LV; they make it easy to mix batteries from multiple brands and are popular in open systems. Some brands offer both low-voltage and high-voltage variants within the same product family, for example Solis S6 three-phase and GoodWe ET.
By market segment, Sungrow and Huawei lead the premium synchronized tier with three-phase efficiency up to 98.4%. Deye is very widely used in Vietnam because of competitive pricing, flexible 48V batteries, and the ability to deliver roughly 1.5× rated power for short periods to start heavy loads. GoodWe, SolaX, Sofar, and Solis occupy the mid-to-upper-mid range with full single-phase and three-phase coverage. Sigenergy takes an all-in-one approach, integrating the inverter and battery into a single enclosure.
Typical single-phase ratings are 3 to around 10 kW for residential use; three-phase ratings run from 5 kW up to 20–25 kW for larger loads. For ecosystem comparisons (closed vs. open systems) see 04-08; this document focuses on product specifications.
Sungrow
Sungrow is one of the most popular premium synchronized brands, using high-voltage SBR and SBH batteries managed through the iSolarCloud app. The single-phase SH-RS line covers residential homes, the three-phase SH-RT line suits villas, and the SH-T series scales up to small commercial. Key strengths are high efficiency and fast backup switching; the three-phase variant supports 100% unbalanced phase loading.

The commercial SH5T–SH25T series extends to 5–25 kW three-phase with up to 3 MPPT inputs on higher-power variants, still using SBH and SBR batteries through iSolarCloud.
Huawei
Huawei follows a closed ecosystem approach with the SUN2000 inverter, high-voltage LUNA2000 battery, and FusionSolar app. The residential single-phase line is the SUN2000 L1; the three-phase lines are the M1 and MB variants. Distinguishing features are very high efficiency and battery-stack-level optimization; only LUNA2000 batteries are supported, making this a tightly integrated system.

The three-phase M1 and MB variants raise the power range to 8–20 kW and above, still paired with LUNA2000. Consult the correct model-specific datasheet, as Huawei releases many market variants.
GoodWe
GoodWe has two residential hybrid families. The single-phase EH family uses the high-voltage stacked Lynx Home battery; the three-phase ET family is available in both a low-voltage 48V variant (ET LV) and a high-voltage variant. Monitoring is through the SEMS Portal. Key strengths are UPS-class backup switching speed and fanless natural-convection cooling on the EH line.

The Lynx Home F battery uses stackable LFP modules of approximately 3.27 kWh each. A minimum of two modules is required to reach the voltage threshold for the EH, ET, BH, and BT inverters.
SolaX
SolaX uses high-voltage Triple Power batteries with the SolaX Cloud app; the G4 generation is the current mainstream line. The X1-Hybrid G4 is the single-phase residential unit; the X3-Hybrid G4 is the three-phase unit for larger loads, supporting parallel stacking and both grid-tied and off-grid operation.

SolaX allows PV array oversizing up to 200% on G4 models, but the per-MPPT input current limit must still be respected when designing strings.
Sofar
Sofar uses the HYD line for both single-phase and three-phase applications, supporting lithium or lead-acid batteries, monitored through SOFAR Cloud and Solarman. The three-phase HYD 5-20KTL-3PH is popular for larger households and small commercial sites, with support for up to two battery inputs on higher-power variants.

Sofar also offers smaller single-phase HYD models; confirm the correct single-phase model name when specifying for a residential customer.
Solis
Solis uses the S6 Hybrid line with the SolisCloud app. A notable feature is that Solis offers both an L (low-voltage 48V) variant and an H (high-voltage) variant, making it suitable for both synchronized and open systems. The 200% overload capability for 10 seconds in off-grid mode makes it well suited to starting pumps and air conditioners.

Solis also offers H (high-voltage) variants for both single-phase and three-phase, compatible with high-voltage batteries such as BYD HVL in some markets. Always confirm whether you need the L or H variant before pairing batteries.
Deye
Deye is very popular in Vietnam for its competitive pricing and flexible 48V low-voltage batteries, which make it easy to pair with batteries from multiple brands in open systems. Model names follow the pattern SUN-xK-SG04LP1 for single-phase and SUN-xK-SG04LP3 for three-phase, monitored through Deye Cloud. A notable characteristic is peak power output of approximately 1.5× rated power for short durations to start heavy loads.

Low-voltage 48V batteries operate at high current (the Deye single-phase unit can reach 120 A on the battery side), so battery cables must be sized for that current and the DC circuit breaker must be correctly rated. This is very different from high-voltage batteries, which operate at only a few tens of amps. Conversely, high-voltage batteries such as the Sungrow SBR, GoodWe Lynx Home, or SolaX Triple Power operate at hundreds of volts with much lower current, making for neater cabling and lower resistive losses, but they require enough modules in series to reach the inverter’s minimum battery voltage range. When selecting an inverter–battery pair, always match three things: battery type (LV or HV), battery voltage range, and maximum charge/discharge current against the inverter datasheet.
Additional brands
Several other brands are present in Vietnam. Sigenergy takes an all-in-one approach with SigenStor, combining the inverter, stacked battery modules, and energy management in a single enclosure; single-phase variants run approximately 3–12 kW and three-phase 5–25 kW, monitored through the mySigen app. AUXSOL uses the ASG inverter line with ABL batteries and the AUXSOL Cloud app, covering approximately 3.6–10 kW single-phase and 5–20 kW three-phase, 2 MPPT inputs, MPPT range approximately 170–900 V, maximum efficiency approximately 97.7%, and backup transfer under 10 ms. Fox ESS offers the H3 Smart three-phase line at 5–15 kW with up to 3 MPPT inputs, MPPT range approximately 120–950 V, high-voltage battery support approximately 100–800 V, and monitoring through FoxCloud.
Keep product names consistent with those confirmed in 04-08. AUXSOL uses the ASG inverter line and ABL batteries with the AUXSOL Cloud app (not AX Series or AUX Cloud). The correct brand name is Sigenergy with SigenStor and the mySigen app (not SIGEN ENERGY). Fox ESS uses the name H3 Smart, not the older H3 designation. Using the correct names is essential for accurate datasheet lookup and compatibility list verification.

When a customer asks which brand to choose, do not compare on a single efficiency figure: the major brands differ by less than one percentage point. Instead, ask three questions: single-phase or three-phase, flexible 48V batteries (open system) or synchronized high-voltage batteries (closed ecosystem), and budget. Customers who want flexibility and value fit well with Deye, Solis L variant, or GoodWe ET LV paired with third-party batteries. Customers who want a single-vendor warranty experience fit better with Sungrow, Huawei, or SolaX paired with the brand’s own batteries. Always use the correct line name and verify the battery compatibility list before quoting.
