Introduction

Jinko Solar is one of the largest solar module manufacturers in the world and, together with Trina, one of the two highest-volume brands dominant in the Vietnamese market. The company is positioned in the mainstream TOPCon segment, combining consistent performance, abundant supply, and competitive pricing, making it a safe choice for the majority of residential and commercial projects.

History & Scale

Founded in 2006 and headquartered in Shanghai, Jinko is listed on the NYSE under the ticker JKS. For many years the company has led or ranked among the top global module shippers by volume, holds Bloomberg Tier 1 status, and maintains a wide distribution and warranty network in Vietnam, an important factor when customers are weighing a long-term 25–30-year warranty commitment.

Core Technology

The current flagship line is Tiger Neo, an N-type TOPCon series featuring HOT 3.0 technology. TOPCon (Tunnel Oxide Passivated Contact) delivers higher efficiency than the previous PERC generation, along with a better temperature coefficient and lower degradation. Tiger Neo comes in both a monofacial version and a dual-glass bifacial version: buyers must read the model suffix carefully: the (V) suffix denotes monofacial, while BDV denotes dual-glass bifacial.

Beyond the 72-cell format, Tiger Neo spans multiple power ranges across different cell formats and frame variants; a single line name can carry many power-output model codes.
